Very attentive hard working staff who go over and beyond

Overall it was a great experience for me although I was in a little pain when I arrived.. The whole staff was freindly and accomadated to my every need.. There was 2RN that went above and beyond by being attentive and compassionate with my every need! Big shout to Kelsey and Leanna

I've been seeing Dr. Stanford and Autumn and their care has been compassionate and professional. I feel like they really listen to what I'm saying and have a true desire to help.

The phone system is always down.

This has been the most infuriating Primary Care Physician I have ever been to. The staff is extremely hard to get a hold of. I went in for a first time visit and spent a total of 5 minutes with the Dr so I could get my prescriptions refilled.. I then receive a bill for $600. When I called for the unusually high charge for the visit, they told me there were no alternative coding's and that's why the visit was so high. I thought it was an outrageous cost, but at least ill have my prescriptions for a year and will have time to find a more cost friendly facility. I then get a call two months after my first visit telling me I need to come in and no one is able to tell me why I need to come in. For all I know the second visit will be another $600... I will not be going back here. Please avoid at all costs.

Porter primary care don't need a star they need a -5 stars because my doctor Herfter Ernesto he think im faking my pain thats what he tell me so i can't take it no more that why im going a new doctor may he/she will listen to me and get me ENT and care about me and not here for the money im never ever going to this hospital or clinic because they trying kil me bye for good
