I was fortunate to be able to place my Mother here for her final years. The staff was caring and involved with my Mom. They kept me informed of her health and any changes. My mother really enjoyed her time here and I will always be grateful for the care and well being they provided my Mom.

Trish at Charter was an invaluable resource as I navigated the process of finding the right place for my mother-in-law. She listened attentively, gave great advice, and treated me like a friend from the first moment I met her. This is a wonderful place with very caring staff!

I love that Charter Senior Living of Franklin is like family, and includes residents and staff. The size allows you to know each resident and staff on a personal level. The management is supportive to the residents as well as the staff. It is very much a team effort to get through each day. Making the residents feel at home is paramount, and we all pitch in to make it happen. Our Caregivers are the BEST! They help and love our residents each day. Our Nurses make sure the medical care is followed to orders. From the dining to housekeeping to activities, Charter employees put their best foot forward every day with the goal to care for each resident like family.

My father had a life changing medical condition and could no longer care for himself or my sister. I had to find a place to take care of both of them quickly. Trish (residential coordinator) was so helpful answering my questions and getting me organized, answered my phone calls and text quickly. Kelly, the head nurse, is easy to talk to and helped me through the process. Emily, the manager, is a great communicator and again very helpful. All of the staff at Charter is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! The food is great, the facility is clean, smells good, and has an energy about it that is positive. They have a good selection of activities daily and great scheduled events.
