Kizzy Tyson is such a wonderful person. She goes above and beyond for all her co workers and residents. Any time I came in she always made me feel so welcome. She is such a amazing person. Need more people like her. Terra Moore is such wonderful person she goes above and beyond to make sure my friend is well taken care of.

I have worked here on and off for years. The best thing about this long term care facility is the wonderful staff and management. Personally, they have helped me grow and succeed as well as worked with me. I have always been apart of and not just an employee. The staff loves their residents and go above and beyond to keep them safe and happy. Every medical facility has flaws, but this one has done nothing less of help change my own life and many others. I could never put into words my exact feelings and loyalty to such a loving and caring place. Our rehabilitation until is full of skilled nurses ready to aid in a patient's quick recovery. I write this to show others that you can move up in your job and be appreciated by your other staff members and management, working here will give you a purpose.

Terrible place they left my mom in bathroom for over an hour and let her lay in urine and stool for over and hour as well most of staff very mean and abusive to her only a handful gave her the dignity and respect she deserves staff also hung up on family members we weren't able to talk to our mom for over a month I am appalled at this place ..

My grandmother was a resident at this facility for over 3 years.  Hygiene of the residents is an issue.  They receive 1 or 2 showers a week.  Her ears were constantly plugged with wax, crud under her nails and often in the same clothes for days, dirty diapers in residents garbage's, lice outbreak and a bed bug outbreak with in the 3 years my gram was there.  They lost her hearing aid 3 times - toward the end they were not giving it to her at all so she could not hear.   Constantly short handed, sent her for procedures that were not authorized by the POA and changed meds without telling family members.  There were a few good CNA's but that was about it.  Admins, supervisors and social workers would not call you back.  They would tell you what you wanted to hear in care meetings and not follow through.  No transparency and constant lies.   Keep you family members at home as long as possible or look elsewhere.  Document everything via pics or record the conversations as they will say it never occurred.  Plan on going often to make sure your loved one is taken care of
