Christina Bird Acupuncture

Wow, where do I begin. I have never had acupuncture before meeting Christina and I was quite nervous. I had initially reached out to Christina trying to learn more information about acupuncture as well as her practice, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. When I went in for my first appointment, she was even more exceptional. Her attitude, presence, bed side manner and friend like vibe is a breath of fresh air. I am thrilled to have found a healer who truly truly truly wants to help you. I've been feeling incredible physically and mentally since starting to work with Christina and I'm so grateful to have found her. If you come across Christina's care, you will not regret it.

I have been going to Christina for several years. I continue to go to her because she makes you feel safe and well taken care of. There has been many days that I needed someone to talk to and she is an amazing listener. I was nervous at first to get poked with a lot of needles but she made me feel I was in good caring hands. It has helped me from nerve pain, to my anxiety and everything in-between. There's not enough great things I can say about Christina and her practice!

Christina is an incredible acupuncturist. She is truly special. She takes the time to understand what’s going on and works with so much care and love. I always feel like I am in cloud when I leave. I highly recommend. She’s as good as it gets.

I have been going to Christina for two years now for acupuncture and could not recommend her enough. I go once a month for various issues (achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, back pain, sciatica, IBS, mental health, etc). She really takes the time to assess how you're feeling - mentally, emotionally, and physically. This is something I love about her and helps build a foundation for your treatment that day. She is so knowledgable and teaches me new things each treatment about my body and acupuncture. She is attentive and communicates thoroughly throughout the whole treatment. The massage at the end is such a nice touch. Christina really has helped me relieve some of these chronic issues and it is all do to her practice. As someone who was new to acupuncture, she made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. Her approach and structure to her sessions is what I appreciate the most because you really get a lot out of these treatments. She is incredible and highly recommend to anyone looking for an acupuncturist.

I've been seeing Christina regularly for more than 6 years, primarily for fibromyalgia brought on as a result of cancer treatment, carpal tunnel pain, occasional headaches and stress reduction. She has become a trusted member of my health care team, as vitally important as my oncologist and primary care physician. Actually even more so since I see her more frequently! I simply can't say enough about her and the benefits of acupuncture. Whether you're having tummy troubles, body aches, injuries that make it harder to enjoy activities you love, Christina will work with you to resolve it. I was always scared of acupuncture (for no reason really), but when my co-worker referred me to Christina after I was trying to deal with an especially terrible autoimmune flare up, I decided why not try. Now several years later, I still see Christina and usually at least 2x a month because she's that good. Besides being an awesome and kind human being that I love spending time with, she is really good at body work and everything she does is beyond amazing. You seriously won't regret scheduling a session (or multiple sessions) with her. Self-care is important. :)

I've seen multiple acupuncturists in the past with limited results. I have been seeing Christina for the past several years and I dont know what I would do without her services. The Dr told me I needed to have vertebrae fused to be pain free. I go to see CB every three weeks and I have been able to avoid surgery. I would, and do recommend her to anyone who will listen.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Christina! Not only are they highly skilled and knowledgeable, but their kindness and genuine care for their patients truly set them apart. The sessions were incredibly relaxing, and I felt a noticeable improvement in my well-being after each visit. I appreciate their holistic approach to healing and their willingness to listen and tailor the treatment to my specific needs. Several years ago, I was referred to Christina by a coworker and good friend of mine. I had received acupuncture treatments at a few different places before seeing her, but it wasn't until I began treatment with her that I truly understood what a difference acupuncture could make for both my mind and body. Christina is such a warm and compassionate person who has a beautiful passion for her craft. I've been receiving regular treatments from Christina for years and consider my visits to be a multi-faceted therapy. I joke that she's my therapist, but truly she is. In each visit she is sure to address the mind, body, and soul. I don't know how she manages to keep such meticulous notes while also being able to stay so engaged. You can feel how much she cares to make a positive difference in your life. She establishes a connection with you to understand your needs (and vulnerabilities, but in a good way) before a needle ever touches the skin. The treatments themselves are very thoughtfully administered. I'll give feedback on how the treatment areas (both physical and mental) felt after my last session and we'll adjust accordingly. I also feel like I learn something new every time I visit, whether it's about human anatomy, how my body responds to something, emotional development, etc. I feel so at peace when I see her. So much thought is put into creating a tranquil and comforting environment. I tend to overthink things when I receive any sort of service and overly worry about being a burden. With Christina, these worries never cross my mind. These treatments have become quite restorative as they have helped me maintain a much-needed balance in my life.

Simply the best - Christina is a talented acupuncturist and a caring, compassionate healer. A great communicator - she takes the time to ask questions, listen, exploring multiple influences on health - a whole person (mind, body and spirit) approach. And then adjusts as needed, wherever her intuition leads her, so that each session is its own work of art. Whatever healing journey you face, you want Christina as your guide, intermediary, sage. She'll lead you to a new place.
