Dr Townsend was knowledgeable and took the time to explain clearly about everything everything related to my issue.

Dr. Townsend really spent the time listening to my history and clearly thought through my options with me. I had seen an ankle surgeon who was 'ready to operate' where she thought there was a LOT to consider and do before such a radical choice. Super happy I went to see her and looking forward to PT and home exercise she recommended.

Dr Townsend is one of the best doctors I have been to. She listens very patiently to your complaints. She explains all options for treatment as well as what is going on in your body. I never feel rushed. The office is wonderful to deal with as well. I never wait and everyone smiles.

Dr. Townsend is as personably pleasant as she is expertly excellent. I received an outstanding exam, consultation, and clear understanding of my condition. I received straightforward helpful advice. Dr. Townsend is amazing, and as are her friendly, highly competent colleagues - Jay, the Medical Assistant; and Kandra, the receptionist; and the very gracious staff that first greeted me outside the elevators. In addition, the midtown building and office suites are absolutely beautiful. All around great environment for health care.
