Amazing and caring doctor She is an amazing, caring and very knowUnderstanding doctor. She have been taking care of me and my husband for years. She is very knowledgeable and because of her attention to detail, she was suggested that my husband do test found out my husband had cancer. During and after my husband treatment, she kept in touch with other doctors. Most young MD now doesn't care much about their patients and just goes through the motion. She listen and pay attention. My husband and I are both sad that she is no longer with Optum.Not the same now that she is not here at Optum.

My visit with Dr Zia was great! The staff was friendly and Dr Zia took the time to really listen to my situation and discussed options in treatment. Didn’t feel rushed and didn’t wait long to be seen! I would recommend them highly!

Dr. Zia and the Seal Beach Optum Team I have been seeing Dr. Zia and the team at Optum in Seal Beach for several years. Dr Zia is smart and attentive. I changed to Optum after having a Doc retire on us and selected Dr. Zia after reading reviews. Her attention to detail is appreciated and I look forward to having her as our family doc for a long time. One great thing is that you can go in to their urgent care and see anyone and they have all of your records at their disposal. Great staff and PA behind her.

I usually see Dr. Zia when I go to urgent care and she's always been very good to me.

I felt safe and in control of my health with Dr. Z Comfortable, safe experience. I get anxious with doctors, so feeling safe is really important to me. She and her staff were gentle and professional. They handled my most pressing needs efficiently. I can understand reviewers who said they felt rushed, and I might not go to her for a new condition when you need more time to diagnose and understand, but for older, chronic conditions, she gets right to the point and helps without wasting the patients' time with dozens of unrelated questions. I would go back to Dr. Zia.

Worse Doctor Awful experience. No guidance, no bedside manners, no knowledge. Patient has to do all the questioning and play "doctor" because she is not going to do it.
