Dr. Hammer is an excellent plastic surgeon. She was part of my medical team from the onset of my diagnosis of breast cancer. She started the reconstruction process at the same time as my bilateral mastectomy surgery. I had my final exchange surgery about 3 months after the initial surgery and I am very happy with the outcome. It takes skill to create tatas where there are none and she did an excellent job. She is pragmatic, organized, and honest in conversations and with patient expectations. It was difficult to get the diagnosis of breast cancer, but I am now cancer free and feel like myself again after reconstruction. I am very grateful to Dr. Hammer and highly recommend her for breast reconstruction surgery.

I had reduction surgery with Dr Hammer this past April. Just a fantastic experience all around for something I had been dreading and avoiding for a good 10 years. I started the process in January, you do have to have several medical professionals write recommendation letters to have it done in order for insurance to cover it. Dr Hammers office helped with everything and really made it easy. If you are considering doing this because you are post-baby or in menopause or whatever your reason DO IT. I’m 3 months post op, minimal scarring and I’m in love with the results!!

I liked Dr. Hammer from the moment I met her and felt at ease right away. She is personable, professional, and (most importantly) kind. I hope no one has to go through anything close to what I did, but you'll feel so much better having Dr. Hammer in your court if you do.

I had numerous complications as a result of a rare condition and cancer. Dr. Hammer was empathetic, resourceful, protective, and very trustworthy. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She’s not just a wonderful surgeon but a beautiful human being.

She performed a wound closure on my brother. Went exactly as she said. Great bedside manner and attitude!

I received a fast diagnosis of a skin condition from Dr. Hammer. She was very friendly and spent time with me explaining the diagnosis. I did not feel rushed at all like with most doctors.
