I have been to Southern Tier Dermatology for 2 visits. I cannot say enough about how great my experiences were. I saw Patrick Crandell both times. Very professional and accommodating. Staff and girls in the office wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!

As someone with severe anxiety, they answered all of my questions and were open with everything that was going on with all of the procedures that I had done here. I had Dr. Colleen Crandell. Her and her assistant were phenomenal. Even during my procedure, the assistant even let me use her personal set of headphones, the people skills and compassion this entire office has goes above and beyond. I was actually referred here by a friend and I will be referring everyone that mentions they need a dermatologist here!

I called Twin Tiers Dermatology on a Monday and was able to be seen Wednesday. The provider who saw me was Beth, and she was AMAZING. Not only did she take the time to explain what she was doing, but she took the time to ask me if I had and questions and/or concerns (my visit was for a spot that concerned me). Extremely thourough, I cannot recommend this practice enough. The office staff are very friendly and quick, which is a huge positive aspect.

Most caring and compassionate physician I have ever been too. She took time to listen to my concerns and was more helpful that I had hoped for. She was able to arrive at a solution to cure my rash when other Doctors couldn't. Highly recommend this practice.

As a fair skin redhead I have had lots of sun damaged skin. Dr. Crandall and Dr. Fenkl are the best I have ever been to. They are thorough, listen to their patients and are very competent.
