I had my first appointment and really like how thorough the provider was. They seemed very knowledgeable and cared about helping me. I'm excited to start my treatments as I think they will really help!

Been going here for a while. I really appreciate how much my PA actually cares about me and Alexis at the counter is always super sweet whenever I come in. I feel like I have a genuine support group to go to.

I haven't had my first appointment yet but they have made it so easy to schedule. Communication is fast and fantastic. The intake process was simple, straightforward, and thorough. I'm excited that I might finally get the help I need after struggling for a literal lifetime. I'm hopeful, which is a great first step!

I thought that finance people did just that, finance. Not with Shannon. She went above and beyond in not only helping with making sure I was good with an issue with billing, but once she heard my struggles with finding a specific counselor for my condition. She continued on the phone and started calling other staff members and counselors. Seriously, who does that?? Someone who truly does what they set out to do, help make sure we get the treatment we need, even is it NOT with them. Someone who literally said oh no, “ hold my beer”. Most people we interact have that “Pfft, not my job, call x”. Not this place. My interaction was 5+ stars for being a real human and making me somehow want to pay my bill? Jedi mind trick? She’s that good. Thank you and I highly recommend this person and now her agency.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is extremely friendly and compassionate. The treatments are fast and convenient, scheduling is easy, and they offer flexible payment plans. I think the treatments really seem to be helping.

I am very thankful to have found this practice. My provider helped with a proper diagnosis and treatment. My life is exponentially better because of the care I received.

Wonderful place! Staff and techs are all incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. I felt well cared for and taken care of during my time here. Great to have ketamine infusions, TMS, med management and counseling all under one roof. Highly recommend!

Absolutely adore CRS! They got me in incredibly quickly, the staff was amazing and so knowledgeable with answering any questions I had, and the office was incredibly cozy and clean. If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would !

Everyone here is so fantastic and I have never felt more cared for by a group of people. Alexis, Erica, Justin, Stacey, and Alyssa are super kind and welcoming and I am always happy to see them. TMS is an incredibly useful treatment and my depression has eased significantly since I started. I highly recommend this office if you're experiencing treatment resistant depression.
