Good place to go for help

I have not been to this place yet. But the website states they are open at 7:30 AM - I have been trying to connect with them for 2 1/2 hours with no answer at the desk. I have left a voicemail and no return call. It should not be this difficult to seek the help that you need. It's extremely disappointing. All you want is assistance and it just feels like this "behavioral health center" cannot be bothered to assist any new patients.-EDITED TO ADDSo, I finally got ahold of the center and they cannot see me until the earliest 8-12 weeks. I do not know who runs this center or how the rules go - but people who seek out help for mental health do not have 8-12 weeks to wait. Someone who is reaching out has been pushed to their mental limit - to the end of their rope - and you are asking them to wait 8-12 weeks minimum. This is sickening. You have no idea what type of impact you are placing on people who seek help - basically telling them that their needs are not important enough to be able to grant immediate assistance. This company either does not care about mental health - or are unequipped to offer this service if that is the time constraint placed on appointments for mental health patients.Gross.

Why would a community health Center close during a community health crisis? And in doing so, not update their business hours to reflect the change on their Google page before we drive 30 min in a storm to get there? Thanks a lot. I guess being poor means deserving of poor service, or none at all.
