Had to get some allergy testing done, and was pleasantly surprised that the doctor had already read my extensive medical history/situation before stepping into the patient room. I appreciated that I did not need to re-hash my condition and symptoms.

I would like to publicly thank Dr. Factor and his team. These past few months have been such a challenge for me with my asthma, battling an ongoing cough. Although I was a bit much to handle, everyone dealt with me with such care. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Dr. Hernandez is anot amazing immunoligist. She listens to you, and is able to keep an open mind to find the root cause of problems. We have seen many specialists for my daughter, and I can say Dr. Hernandez is a rare breed of doctor, and I wish there were more like her.

Never able to call, awful service. Had to reschedule appointment, waited for 30 minutes for a call back. Called again, waited for 40 minutes on hold. Was the next caller and got hung up on.
