One of the best doctors I’ve worked with. Actually listens to the patient and does a broad work up to figure out what is going on. She has been very responsive to my needs and orders even with a different agency for home care etc. it’s a small office and therefore her nurse Kayla is very in tune with what she expects and what is going on; nothing is lost in the mess of too many people/staff. Would recommend.

The most amazing physician I've ever encountered. She has gone above and beyond to see that the treatment and help needed is received as quickly as possible. While other physician's dismissed symptoms and worsening conditions she took them seriously. Made a referral to another specialist which resulted in a diagnosis an underlying condition that was the source of the life threatening infections. Having seen over a dozen other physicians in and out of hospital, she was the first to take the steps to find and resolve the underlying problem even though it is outside of her area of work. I fully trust her medical opinion as I know she has done her due diligence in looking at all the information and truly listens us (patient and caregiver). Also Kayla her RN is the best! They both go above and beyond with everything they do! Doctors can't always give you the news you want to hear, but having confidence in the advice, feeling heard as the patient, and knowing that they are advocating for you makes the bad news tolerable. She likely saved my boyfriend's life and definitely has given us hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr. Courtney Pearson took care of my mother at UAMS in March while she was dying. By the time we got to UAMS, it was too late. Mom was in sepsis, but she and her team tried everything. She was honest with me when there was nothing left to try. She stood with me while I made difficult but very necessary end of life decisions for Mom. And when she passed with friends & family around her, Dr. Pearson and her staff cried as hard as we did. She put a graceful human face on cutting edge medicine. <3

Arrogant, Rude, and does not listen to patient. I'll find a doctor that actually cares.
