I was nervous about meeting Dr. Fram after reading the one neg review here. But in our experience (I was helping a friend for whom English is a 2nd language by taking notes, asking questions, explaining etc.) he was very generous with his time -- our one hour appt lasted almost 80 minutes). He took all our questions seriously, & offered various options to choose from (range: prostate removal to watchful waiting) with the ramifications of each explained. Nurse ) Pam was gracious and calming.
