Great Doctor

Dr. Pitts is awesome! He is caring and very professional. He listens, explains everything so you can understand, then asks if you have any questions. The scope was performed seamlessly. The operation to remove the tumor was quick and efficient. He kept me and my wife informed every step of the way. We recommended him to 2 friends.

I have had Dr. Phillips since he arrived at Mount Nittany. Thorough, courteous, and an excellent surgeon.

I love Dr Phillips, he is one of the most through doctors I've ever worked with and clearly will explain everything in the office and more time even in the hospital to make you feel even better. I've already recommended him to two of my dearest friends. As far as the nurses, they are nice but the call backs are rather concerning. I have been in extreme pain and had my surgery 3 days ago i called this more at 9:00 A.M. and I've still not heard back and the machine indicates to not makè more than one call. They say 24 to 48 hours for return calls but I cannot believe they do not see the phones blinking hour after hours. My husband wanted to take me to the ER tonight, I said oh he'll no I will suck this up and deal but it is Friday tomorrow so something will be done. Honestly, this is a good group and I know they are busy but sometimes people really need a call. Thank you and I do apologize if I offended anyone, not my intention.

Must disagree with others regarding Dr. Miller's care. His bedside manner is excellent. He is very clear in explaining options and encourages questions (of which I had a lot). There are only 2 urologists in the area, so it is understandable that you may have to wait to get in, but he knows what he's doing.

Only Urology Department in this area to go to. Waiting for a call from the nurse is terrible at least 24 hours. Avoid Dr Miller, he has no bedside manner.

The doctor was upset at me because I was having issues. So he thought it would be funny to humiliate me.

just like previous reviews, this must be a mom and pop operation. 2 months to get an appointment. They must now care enough about their patients to add another physician. Mount Nittany gets worse and worse every year.
