Dr. Racher has treated me for many years. My short term memory loss has been controlled. Inpite of my condition I have been able to author two books. One has been published and the 2nd is ready to go. One would think that such a difficult condition would have prevented me from successfully accomplishing the feat. . I waited an hour and 45 minutes to see Dr. Racher. A classic example of a Dr. who does not respect their patient's time. I do not get paid for time I am not at work but Dr. could care less. Office should have called me to let me know they were running this late but they can't be bothered to do this. Doctor only works 4 days a week till noon so scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible and takes at least 3 months to see Dr. First & last visit to this Dr.! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I waited an hour and 45 minutes to see Dr. Racher. There is NO excuse for this absurd wait time. This is a classic example of a Dr. who does not respect their patient's time. The least his office could have done was call patients and let us know he was running late so I could have arrived later or rescheduled but that would take consideration and minimal effort which is asking too much. Doctor only works 4 days a week until noon so getting an appointment is nearly impossible and takes 3+ months. Way too much effort and aggravation. First and last appointment to see this inconsiderate doctor!
