Dr. Riggs has been my doctor for 9 years. He has provided the best care of all doctors I saw over 40 years of active duty and being retired Air Force. He listens well and doesnt rush. He orders labs and tests to get the best picture of what ones condition is. I think he is very thorough. He has helped me keep my hbp and kidney disease on right track..Great doctor I would recommend to my family and friends

The most caring military Docter i have ever seen. He remembers me and always asks about my wife. He has pushed the limit a few times to make sure i received the care i needed.

Amazing doctor! Have heard great things from every one of his patients. I have treated his patients which also speak highly of him and he is my physician as well. Very well known in the community for his good care and expertise. Is also a doctor that will get back to you quickly. I hope he never retires..

My family and I dad Dr. Riggs for several for several years. He takes to talk about your issues . He is not quick to give out medicine, but takes his time trying to find out what is going on with different test and or X-rays. As long as I am in the area, I hope to keep him as my doctor.

Dr. Riggs became my doctor yesterday, because there was a doctor at Sacred Heart Hospital in Crestview, FL hasn't make any contact since 2012. So my folks got concerned about my medical bills from my social security benefits. It helps me stay eagerly positive.

We informed the ER two medications cause serious reaction and allergic to them. Dr Grounds administered one of them. Thank God an acute dystonic reaction did not occur. Regardless, this doctor is not thorough in treating patients. None of my family will ever go to Twin Cities.
