I was referred to this practice, my appointment was made within acceptable timeframes (3 weeks which is exceptional for new patient specialty appointments). I arrived at my appointment at 1:50 (for a 2p.m. appt). I completed a no-contact registration utilizing a tablet which was user friendly. Everyone, including the administrative staff, the Registered Nurse and the Physician were professional, courteous and I left with the knowledge of follow up requirements and a treatment plan. I was out of the building by 3:05 p.m. The workflow at this practice is incredible and I would highly recommend Dr. Homan and CIS to anyone.
