Changed my life. This is a great facility.

Depending on service needed it is a long process but this place does give you the services you need. I have to keep in mind that im th one whom needs help & it is first come first severed.

The counselors and psychiatrists seem to genuinely care about their patients, but the receptionists act like you are inconveniencing them with your questions. The blonde, older lady at the front likes to talk to people like you’re a burden to society for asking or needing help. Definitely not a welcoming environment at the front but if you make it past the judgmental, “I hate my job” stares you may just find the help you need.

I may adjust this later because i used to aprietaite the services they gave but for the last few years there has been nothing but problems. I have been going to daymark of asheboro for about 10 years now and really liked dr.graham and mrs. Frielich. But now they have changed my doctors and my medicine constantly. In the last 2 or 3 years i have seen 3 diffrent doctors and thats not by choice. They have a awful time keeping records on patients and since they started the computer visits (which is all they say they have availible) they have never had my file to look back on. They even offered me medication i was allergic to on more than one occasion. The only reason i go is because its my only option in asheboro and hopefully i will be going somewhere else very soon. Which dissapoints me greatly because i really like the location.

Be aware of a hyper aggressive security guard, stomped over to my vehicle and verbally aggressive. Keep your vehicle windows rolled up for your own safety.

The place is a joke if I wanted to see clowns I’d go to the circus 👎

This place is so unorganized. They tell you to walk in and you wait all day to not even be seen, then they tell you to come back when they open be the first person and still wait half the morning. I don't understand how they can have so many clinical staff workers here and no one comes to help.

No matter how early to your appointment you are they are NEVER on time to see you. My brother needed help beyond medicine but all they wanted to do was drug him up. Have bigger problems? They just up the dosage.

Terrible dates for appointments. Never really helped people i knew who went here. I recommend Randolph counseling.

I suffer with severe major depression. They know this but are withholding medication in an effort to meet their quotas on group attendance. Patients well being is NOT their priority or focus. I would not reccomend this place under any circumstances.
