they can't keep keep personnel for more than a year, so soon you will be paired up with one of the losers that cant find work anywhere else. My newest shrink felt that I should just stop having mood swings, and that would clear it all up. this was as I was unmedicated due to the latest meds back firing badly. I wont be going back.

It's unfortunate that North Carolina has such egregiously inadequate mental health care! I went to Daymark with a crisis - in such bad shape that I couldn't think well enough to finish my intake paperwork - and they were no help with serving my needs. They tried to force me into group therapy for my problem after I told them that I know from experience it doesn't work. Groups are ok if you're just lonely and need to talk but if you are dealing with serious issues like PTSD, groups are ineffective. They should know better. They refused to treat me if I didn't want to join their group. All the intake personnel did was ask a bunch of questions and then print up useless information about food banks and outreach places- leaving all the work on me to get help when that's what I went to them for! They obviously are not qualified to manage mental health care if they don't understand that some people hit a crisis and cannot function well enough to run all over the county for resources. Many of us don't have transportation, reliable access to internet or a phone. Some of us don't even have money for a bus ticket. Worst of all, a lot of us are without any support system outside the mental health care system. I told them in the intake that I had substance abuse issues- well over 20 years ago! And that I had not touched drugs since. They drug tested me- like I was lying. I originally was not going to go back for any reason, but now I think I will just to GLOAT when that test comes back negative. These people shouldn't be heading up mental health care. They are qualified to start a knitting circle at best.

Horrible place to go! The nurse, Celeste is absolutely rude. She never returns your calls and when she does she is just rude and argumentative! Definitely do not schedule an appointment with Dr Hassani. She is the worst. They require you to come into the office to meet with her, but she lives in Florida so you have to do a virtual call. Why can't I just stay at home if she is to do my meeting. Driving there to meet someone virtually makes no sense. She won't even show her face when you do talk to her. She doesn't care about you is what I found, she simply wants to prescribe you pills without listening to your needs so she can quickly bill you and move on. The whole operation and process is horrible. If you want help, do not go here. They are a disgrace to the profession and I honestly don't know how they even have clients with the way they treat people. I would give them zero stars if possible.

If I could rate 0 stars I would I can't eat or sleep and they have done nothing to help me with that, by the time my group therapy helps I'll have wasted away.
