Dr. Deb is fantastic! She is very thorough! She inspects every inch of my body on my yearly mole check. She takes her time and answers all my questions. She is very cautious and helps me with all different concerns of my skin. I highly recommend her!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Bakal takes the time to explain everything she is doing including asking if we have any questions. I have recommended 2 people to Dr. Bakal and they were extremely happy with her also.

Appointment was rushed, Dr. Debra Bakal, paid more attention to what she was typing on her IPAD than when the patient was talking about and what the patient was experiencing. Staff were rude and dismissive. Wrote up prescriptions then asked the patient to make sure there wasn't a specific ingredient in them as she thought the patient "might be" allergic". Wouldn't you as a Dr. know what you are prescribing and what's in it. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. This Dr. and her facility were rated high on Facebook, just goes to show, you can't believe everything you read.

I have not been to Dr. Bakal, I made an appointment for February and I probably will cancel because Linda who picked up the phone to schedule my appointment was extremely rude to me. I slowly read my phone number and she said “WAIT you need to start over and start with the area code!” I calmly said Linda, I did give you the area code... she said “just start over” I was pretty shocked on her manners. Definitely finding a doctor with nicer staff, wouldn’t want to deal with that every time I had to make an appointment

Bakal did a terrible job in removing a mole that left horrible scarring. Requested it to be redone and they agreed only after paying the remaining $500 left over after insurance. Then they cut open and left a worse scar than originally done. They were very unprofessional and unkind. I now have a ugly visable scar for life.
