I have been dealing with a pertruding varicose vein on my lip for years, I went to my family doctor which suggested ears/nose/throat specialist. I went and was told surgery was needed and my insurance would not cover so that it would cost anywhere from 2500- 3000 dollars. I went back to my family doctor who then suggested a dermatologist, I set that appt up and there i was told they have nothing that would work and they suggested a plastic surgeon which lead me to Dr Monteiro who knew what to do right away and after 4 lazor treatments the vein is back to normal. I dont usually write reviews but felt in this case anyone going through what I went through this could help. Dr Monteiro knew just what to do and I was very pleased with him and the ladies that work in that office.

I had sone lipo to lower pouch area and lats. Dr Monteiro has one of the best office staff I’ve come across. All the ladies are terrific. I used Dr. Monteiro because I’d a recommendation by someone I greatly trust. The work was minimal so I moved forward with the consultation. Dr. Monteiro is nice but his he warm and fuzzy no… but I care about his hands and skills in that operating room. He told me what to expect. I went for my 1 week checkup. He answered any concerns I had and sent me on my way.. I will see him again in a few weeks and I expect the same. Through exam and nit to much chatter which again is fine by me. I will be scheduling my breast reduction with him and if the results are as good as the lipo I feel confident I will love the end result.

I have had many procedures and was totally satisfied with all of them. I would not even think of going to anyone else for work. In all aspects Dr. M and his staff are extremely professional and kind. The kind of work I have had done was major and not once did I ever have a problem with anything from these procedures. He is as good as it gets in all respects!!

He is a kind and skilled surgeon who is attentive throughout the entire process of treating the patient. He explained the how and why of the examination and performed it respect one's dignity and aware that it might be embarrassing for the patient. He explains how the surgery will be performed, what to expect in regards to surgical results as well as explaining the risks, and what to expect post surgery. He was spot on on everything. He and his associates are available for any concerns or problems pre and post surgery. I had wonderful surgical results. I would recommend him to family and friends.
