Dental Dreams

I took two of my children here, ages 2 and 3, for the first time in July and they had a wonderful experience! It was quick but not rushed. It was my sons first time to the dentist and it went swell. The dentist and dental assistant were both engaging and asked my children questions before counting their teeth, flossing, brushing, and adding fluoride. Once my youngest (age 1) gets more teeth, we will definitely be back! See you in 6 months. =)

Been going here 23 years had a root canal a crown, cavaties filled, cleanings the works everyone is professional  and always on time its nice to have a normal working mouth again

The Dentist are nice, so are the receptionist.  But they do not know how to book appointments in a timely order. They take too long before they see their patients. ..

My experience at this facility wasnt good at all I had an extraction done with not  enough anesthesia I felt all of the pain in my mouth I would not recommend this dentist to anyone they are very unprofessional I would give them no stars if I could when I told the young lady that I could feel all the pain she just stood there speechless this dentist needs to hire people who have experience and who are professional in the future will not be going back

This the most unprofessional dentist office ever!! I will never  not return here. The girls at the front desk have no customer service theyre extremely rude

WORST. PLACE. EVER!  NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, YOUR BETTER OFF CLEANING YOUR OWN TEETH!I went in last week for 3 appointments myself and 2 daughters (ages 1 & 6). Appointment was at 4:30pm, I arrived at 4:15pm they handed me paper work to fill out for all 3 of us since it was our first time (understandable) well at 4:45pm we got called back all 3 of us. We were put in one room and left there to wait 45 minutes until the dentist came in. He quickly while mumbling introduced himself (I didnt even catch his name) and said ok whos first, I said Ill go first, well Im pretty sure I do a way better job at brushing my teeth then he did at cleaning them. He literally took 2 minutes and was done, and barely rinsed my mouth off as I was left with the toothpaste still inside my mouth. Next was my 6 years old turn and I have some concerns about her mouth as she has a chipped tooth and has yet to loose any baby teeth well he was just rude, waved his hand and said yeah its all fine. At this point Im just over this pace and ready to leave. Now its my 1 year olds turn, it her very first appointment and of course she is scared and crying he pretty much just wants me to hold her down so he can get it over with, well he just put tooth paste on her teeth and wipe sit off with a towel and thats it. SERIOUSLY!! like I said I do a way better job at brushing and cleaning our teeth. Just an overall awful experience.

DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!I really wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! 2 Days before Christmas and they had my husband waiting an Hour and 1/2. His Appointment was at 11am. He left at 12:35. They said there was only 1 Dentist. Well they really need to tell people that when people are waiting. I am so upset that they did not inform him because we have a lot of stuff to do and he literally wasted two hours of his time that we need because Christmas is two days away. We will never come back here ever and whoever owns this place should really get their stuff together because this is not how you treat people and they need to inform patients on what is going on.....

First things first. My appointment time was 2pm. I couldnt take sitting in the lobby with the rude patients and their uncontrolled children. I stepped out to sit in my car until they were ready to see me. One of the receptionists said theyd give me a call when the dentist was ready to see me. OF COURSE I didnt get a call, and a whole hour later I walked back in explaining that my appointment was at 2, and I was STILL waiting. Finally at 3:15 I was called in to be ambushed by a dentist and an assistant who both didnt even introduce themselves!  It was extremely awkward. Like um hello, can I at least know your name before you stick your fingers in my mouth!? Other workers were in and out of the supply drawers in the room I was in making it difficult for the dentist to stay focused on the task. All of the workers there are young girls who barely even know how to communicate to one another.  Attitudes, rolling of the eyes, stomping as they walk, the whole nine. If your going to have to spend any type of money at least go to a doctor that makes you feel comfortable and hired professional staff members.  The woman who took my xrays, walked in with gloves already on and tried sticking her dirty little finger in my mouth to proceed with the xrays. How was I supposed to know she had just put those on? If you take your time seriously, do not waste an ounce of it here. They should change their name to Dental nightmare because Dental Dreams sounds more like an exprcttacion than a reality.  Sincerely, Someone who takes their time seriously.

Review this place before going, Call your insurance before doing any procedure. Fully understand the treatment plan before they start any work, especially if youre in pain.

oh man where do i start. i went to a new dentist and he was awesome. this place told me that i had 10 cavities but he was only able to find 4. they told me that some of my fillings had fell out but my new dentist said that they were all fine. this place is a complete scam stay away they just want your money.
