Douglas Lawrence Tiedt

While I haven't been to Dr. Tiedt in at least 7 yrs, I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better OB/GYN! He saved the life of my twins and myself at a time when I was completely oblivious to what was happening with my body. He also delivered my 3rd child without incident. He was always available to me and cared/concerned about my overall health and well-being (not just the lady-bits). The wait may be a little beyond expectations set but its worth it.

I had surgery today makes 8 weeks ago. He did the 4 in 1. plus I had a hernia that I didn't know about that he took care of. His bedside manner is awesome!! He went above and beyond before, during and after my surgery. He's a very caring and sweet doctor that answers all of your questions. His staff is amazing! I have already recommended him to 2 people that are in need of hysterectomies. Thank you Dr. Douglas Tiedt and staff for all that you have done!! God Bless

He saved my life!!

The Best OB-GYN and MD!

First of all his wait times are horrible be prepared to wait on him for atleast 2 hours! He will cancel appointments to go duck hunting so be prepared for that too if you go during season. He has given me nothing but inaccurate information regarding my baby. Every visit I'm told I'm extremely large or obese. This last visit did it for me when my blood pressure was 81/42 he told his student I was fine that I didn't look like I was going to die. He believes in no type of confidentiality he has told me on numerous occasions about other patients that have stds and some that sale the meds he gives them. He's called me other patients names and he continuously says that I have to have a c section due to my previous c section which I did NOT have. I would not recommend him to anyone!!!

Every appointment takes over 2 hours. He belittles me and is very demeaning. The nurses are all very mean people. If I question anything I get attitude from nurses and snide comments from the Dr. I asked about a blood test the nurse and Dr argued about it the Dr made mean remarks about me asking too many questions!!! In front of other patients!!! Not to mention when I got home and looked up the very unnecessary test, he told me wrong!! I dread every appointment...

my experience with dr. Teidt has been the worst! The nurses never answer the phone at the office and sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called back takes forever. you don't get called at your appt. time its always at least 30 minutes after. he is so far behind with patients its horrible. I would not recommend him to anyone. the nurses have horrible, nasty attitudes as well.

Dr is condescending and rude, and sarcastic when I ask questions! Noooo warning before the finger went 'elsewhere' and there are taxidermy stuffed dead animals decorating the office which is just plain weird.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Tiedt...No bedside manner, and honestly he was pretty rude. I will not return to this doctor.
