I can’t believe my mother is stuck in the hospital and they do not have TV service I don’t think they paid the cable bill. And now the WI FI is not working. Get it together EJ. You are driving the patients nuts without any think to do

For the past week, we experienced these ICU heroes firsthand. Thank you all so much for the incredible work you are doing and the sweet sweet way you treated my family. Every single one from those cleaning the room to the nurses and doctors I send a heartfelt Thank you. 👩‍⚕️ 💝 👨‍⚕️

I would like to take the time to tell anyone Who has reservations about going to the hospital at this time with Covid do not be afraid East Jefferson in Hospital and their entire staff or professional extremely kind and truly helped me. I came threw the er that were fast and professional I was so impressed with how amazing every single person did there job and with an amazing attitude I tell u even the girl who cleaned the floor in my room was a beautiful and helpful and professional. If u have Covid they are the people to help. Honestly I can’t say enough they were amazing

Yes, I recommend the hospital. BUT was EXTREMELY disappointed when I went to enjoy the fountain outside and found it GONE. WHY??? It was so peaceful. Now it's nothing.😥😡

Except for the emergency room it's a pretty nice day if you end up being in the hospital

I absolutely love my OB/GYN at EJ! I was scheduled for an induction but required an emergency C-section after hours of labor (It’s my 1st baby). The team of doctors and nurses that delivered and cared for me and my baby were incredible to say the least. We stayed in the hospital for 4 full days, and my baby, though full term, stayed in the NICU for about 3 of those days. Everyone, from the medical staff to dietary, was amazing. The NICU team took amazing care of my little one. The Walgreens pharmacy even called to check on me. EVERYONE I interacted with was kind, caring, and made my partner and I feel completely at ease during what could have been one of the most stressful and scary moments of our lives. My baby is safe and healthy, I’m recovering SUPER quickly (I delivered exactly one week ago), and we will forever be an East Jeff family. Not only that, I went to the ER for severe fibroid pain almost halfway through my pregnancy, and even the ER doctors and nurses were great.
