Last week I was a new patient at Elite Dental, I went to see Dr. Santiago because I was having extremely bad pain from a cracked tooth. As I walked into his office I was politely greeted by Marisol his office manager who made me feel very welcome, from there I went back and the dental hygienist Meivys spent time taking X-rays and asking me questions about my pain. From there Dr. Santiago came in and explained why I was having my pain and explained the not so good news of having to get a tooth removed. Me being very nervous about this last minute procedure I have to say Dr. Santiago and his team did an amazing job with making me feel comfortable and most importantly feeling minimal pain or discomfort. I am about 7 days out from this procedure and am almost back to normal. If you are looking for a dentist I definitely would recommend Dr. Santiago and the team at Elite Dental & Aesthetics!

The service and the experience were excellent.

I came in for my usual cleaning and check up that I get every six months. Suni was the one that did my cleaning and she was fabulous very gentle and professional. I have a phobia of the dentist and she made me feel very comfortable :)

Special recognition goes to Michelle, who performed my dental cleaning—she was absolutely top-notch! Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and clear explanations made the entire process comfortable and thorough. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Oh my goodness—at today’s appointment, I was really reflecting on how patient and supportive Dr. Lopez is. I would absolutely recommend him as a dentist. I’m even considering switching my daughter to his care. The only reason she’s not already a patient is because his office isn’t designed with a kid-friendly look. But my husband and I both go to this dental practice, and we’ve had such a great experience.

I took my 96 yr old mother in for her dental check up and cleaning and Dr Lopez, Emily the Hygentist and the office staff were amazing.
