Elizabeth Tsai

She is thorough in her care, and takes the time needed to give good care.

I love Elizabeth Tsai, she is awesome and understanding. She taken good care of my mother health and is persistent with her. I love the way she treat my mom, her time is valuable because she have a lot of patients but it’s all worth it, she great hope she never leave if so i will go where she goes.

You need to call the office. The portal isn't used as often as most other offices. Dr Tsai has a lot of patients and is extremely busy but she is actually very caring, thorough and competent. I suggest booking an appt if getting through to her is difficult. Discuss your difficulty getting in touch with her at the appt. Its not intentional. She works at community health centers in urban locations. I'm just guessing here but I assume she is stretching herself extremely thin and wants to help everyone that she can thats in need. Don't give up on Dr Tsai. She's very intelligent and put all the pieces together like no other doctor that I have encountered. I believe she is saving my life right now.

My last message to Dr. Tsai, 04/25/20: Dr. Tsai, where is my blood test results? I feel abandoned, neglected and abused by the fact that you have not reported the results of the blood tests you ordered for me five (5) weeks ago. I hope you are still alive and safe and sound, and that you have not succumbed to the coronavirus and no one told me. If you are alive and still working as a mature adult professional Licensed physician with sound ethics who honors their hypocratic oath please report the results and give me your option. In the future, please be respectful of my dignity as a human being, citizenship and as a consumer of the medical community of the Commonwealth of The State of Massachusetts and perform your legal and professional duty and responsibility to me by reporting vital medical information, especially blood test results, in a timely manner; which should be within a week of said results being available to you. I expect your report upon receipt of this message. It has now been seven (7) weeks and Dr. Tsai refuses to respond. I'm told by the office that Dr. Tsai is well and working.
