I've been seeing Dr Canlas for almost 4 yrs now...every 6 months. From day one until my most recent visit, I have 'consistently' found both he AND his staff to be total professionals...and a delight to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

This doctor has the rudest office staff that I have ever encountered after 30 years as a kidney patient. I am not accepting a job promotion in Florida because I refuse to be abused by an office staff when I have a simple question. The office manager HUNG UP ON ME when I asked if you would accept a call from my current nephrologist. She said "NO, THE DOCTOR WILL NOT TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT OUR PATIENT. I have a 20-year old transplant. I cannot be seen by just any nephrologist. So I will turn down this job because of this doctor's staff. I invite anyone to email me for an MP4 file of the abusive phone call that I had with this staff when trying to become their patient. If this is Canlas' idea of patient care, I wouldn't trust him with my life.
