Jo is amazing. She is sweet, hilarious and really great at her job. I have noticed huge differences in my attitude and thought processes when it comes to the topics we focused on in my sessions. I highly recommend her services and refer others too her all the time. I completed a 4 series package, but will be back in the future as needed.

This practitioner will make you a personalized program that you can listen to every day to help surmount your issue. She is patient, kind, and pretty affordable for a service of this kind. I don't have any previous experience with hypnosis, so I have nothing to compare this to, but I do really like the suggestions in my personalized recording.

I've struggled with my weight for years, trying endless diets and restrictive practices. But nothing worked because the urges from my subconscious were so embedded in me. I highly recommend Jo! I didn't know what to expect, as her work was gifted to me by my friend who knew had been struggling with alcohol for quite some time. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. She is easy to talk to — as though you're talking to a longtime friend. Her guidance through our sessions was - and continues to be incredible. I listen to the sessions almost daily and they are reassuring. Not just what she says, but her voice and how she presents. As others have stated, I wish I'd done it sooner.
