Staff is nice, understanding, and quick to find clients for providers. I'm currently working here and will be honest that few clients aren't friendly, but as long as u and the client have a professional understanding on things then it'll run smoothly.

En Su Casa has been GREAT! Their caregivers are very professional, kind, understanding and caring. We had hired another company prior to En Su Casa because we saw the advertisement on TV and we liked the name. Well come to find out it was the worst decision we made. Their people were not trained well at all and we had some issues with some of them. We must have gone through about 8 caregivers that were not a good match for my Mom and just made my Mom upset and frustrated. With En Su Casa they will come out and do an evaluation with your loved one and try to assign caregivers that are a good match for your loved one. This worked out great and my Mom is HAPPY and so are we :). Jennifer is very good about communicating any changes and answering any questions you have in a timely manner. I wish we would have gone with En Su Casa from the beginning. Thank you En Su Casa for taking such great care of our Mom.

I don't know where to begin! I scheduled a mommy makeover (tummy tuck, breast reduction with a lift) . I had surgery one week today and believe me, this is one heck of a surgery. They say one of the hardest you can do voluntary. So, that being said--- there is NO WAY I could of done this surgery without the help of En Su Casa!!!! My Dr.s office recommended them and from the very first phone call- which I did from his office- it was totally professional, warm, caring and made me feel so comfortable. I have friends, daughters, a sister and neighbors that would of been more than happy to help. I didn't want to inconvenience anyone and had to have the assurance I would have help 24/7 for a few days . Jennifer came to my home , learned of everything I needed where things were, how to feed my 3 dogs, work the washer and drier...... Whatever I needed they are able to take care of. A few days before my surgery Jennifer called me and gave me the list of who when what times dates.... That would be coming to my home for the next approx. week. I wasn't sure how long I would need help. I got home from the hospital, dinner I had requested was made, my dogs had been feel and walked , everything was ready for me. For the next 4 days I had 24/7 care and I mean great care! They cooked my meals, cleaned, did laundry, ran errands..... What a God send this company is!! They have made my recovery unbelievably easy as it possibly could be . I could go on and on about the great care I received! I would use this company again in a second and recommend them to everyone I know that needs care and TLC to go with it!! Laurie K
