The name says it it all Family that how the staff and doctors treat you here. Thank you Dr Gina Nguyen for your help. I would highly recommend her, if anyone is looking for a new primary physician ( she's got high reviews through various medical website that reviews doctors). Staff and doctors are amazing. Walked in last night for acute pain, didn't know what it was. They took care of me, w a shot in the butt and a couple prescriptions I was able to fill and ahhhh that feeling when the pain dissipates... so very grateful to the staff and the P.A. so glad I went in there for care!

My son had a ear problem it was her first time there everybody was very professional and luckily my son didn't have any ear infection like we thought it was just something very simple and we got help very fast and our doctor was very very professional

I have been using Family Care Center since the begining. The very best doctors and care you will ever find. I love this place. Very special place to go when you are ill.

I don't write many reviews but when something or someplace exceeds expectations I will stop by to share. Urgent Care Centers are so necessary and helpful, but what usually comes with it is long wait times and grumpy, overworked staff. I was able to "hold my place" in line online for a Thursday afternoon. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to my requested time for a verification of insurance. I showed up on time with my paperwork completed. Front end, intake nurse and Dr. Cassie were all pleasant, efficient and helpful. I was in and out in 26 minutes flat. 26 minutes!! My regular Dr.'s office couldn't have pulled that off. In addition I felt like they addressed everything I needed. Wow. Just wow.

I normally see my Hoag doctor however, they just really have seemed like they are just too busy to spend the time with their patients. I met with Dr Jared Williams for the first time and he was EXCEPTIONAL. Just my knee, my migraines and vestibular problems. He spent close to 45 minutes with me. I am strongly considering making him my new doc.

I am 74 years old and had many doctors over the years and this place is the best! I have Dr. Memon and if I am sick or have an issue with a medication I call and have it taken care of right away. Usually they can fit me in the same day. The office staff is excellent and I have known Gina for over 20 years. Trust me this place is NUMBER 1.

Highly recommend Roxanna M. She's a great doctor and I will continue seeing her as my primary.
