This place was fast, clean, and friendly. All 3 of my household were able to get rapid Covid tests in the past week and Family Urgent Care made that easy for us all.

I have been there twice now and each time everyone I encountered was so nice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and take all the necessary precautions to keep their patients safe and healthy while they are in the building. I definitely recommend this health care facility.

Great service, fast and efficient. They also have Spanish speaking interpreters in case you need them.

With all the stress of covid and having to go through all the precautions of traveling Cheryl was amazing helping me n my family!

I have been to this urgent care center several times in the past year and I have always had a great experience. My husband and I both had Covid 19 testing over the weekend and wait times were short. Front desk staff is always polite and the medical staff is thorough and doesnt try to rush you out the door. This place will continue to be my go to for urgent care.

I brought my dad in on the weekend because I couldnt get him into a primary care physicians office. We made an appointment the night before and arrived about 15 mins prior to the appointment to fill out registration paperwork. We were taken back shortly after our appointment time.  We were treated appropriately.The lobby was clean and had water, a coffee bar and mints at the desk. The office staff and provider (Michelle, NP) were all so courteous and kind to us. We would definitely recommend this establishment.

Fast and super friendly! I love how new this place is and very clean. Easy to get in and out I made an appt online and was seen before my appt time.

This place is great. If you are uninsured or have high deductible plans, you can buy a VIP plan here thats $360 per patient for a full year, and you then can come in for visits for only a $10 copay. If you just do one visit a la carte, its $199 w/o insurance by comparison, so may as well sign up & be seen! The staff is very competent, both office and nurses/doctors. Melissa up front is so on point and their waiting room offers great kid toys and free coffee! James the Nurse Practitioner is fantastic and I think one of the doctors in the practice told me he was an ER nurse for 17 years, so hes seen it all! Im not always used to receiving compassionate treatment when I go to the doctor, because so many places make you feel like just one more sausage on the factory line, but this place has treated our family with immense compassion. My case is unusually complex right now, my autoimmune disease is disfiguring my entire body, and I look scary, get weird looks in public, but they dont make me feel less than human here. They have treated me like a person, not a bother theyd rather not have to sort out, which I is what Im mostly used to getting. That means so much. They LISTEN. You deserve to have a better quality of life than what you have been suffering with, James said to me, and when you are struggling as hard as I have been lately, being told something so genuinely kind by a medical professional is... I dont have the words, just a silent tear of gratitude rolling down my cheek. If you live in Union County and need a good clinic you can rely on, this is the best deal out there and the best staff Ive ever interacted with in any clinic in NC.
