Fantastic surgeon just an extremely busy one! Wait time in the office is very long as well as surgery appt at hospital but well worth it! Dr. Fakki is a really wonderful person and i've only met with him on two occasions.

Got PD surgery 1/24/19, catheter did not work and was causing digestive distress. Could not get follow-up from Dr. Hakki or a return call. Office staff very unhelpful and rude. Avoid this doctor and his rude office.

Had PD surgery 1/24/19. Catheter did not function and was having digestive issues. Dr. Hakki responded once and then stopped responding. Dr. Hakki also told me I had big hernia which needed surgery. Since he did not know if I could tolerate he never should have gone ahead with PD catheter insertion. Rude, unhelpful office and negligent doctor. Steer clear of.

My nephrologist & the nurse at my dialysis clinic referred Dr. Hakki. Dr. H performed surgery & I had complications following the surgery. I was sent home with no pain meds & no antibiotics following the surgery. I called the doctor’s answering service to leave messages. Dr. H responded & said there was nothing he could do. Go to the ER. I was at the ER & I was looking for him to at least have a conversation with the on call dr. He didn’t. He then stopped responding. I wouldn’t recommend Dr.H
