Dr. Oben is very knowledgeable. He has a fantastic personality and sense of humor. Even when he has to give you the worst possible news, he does it in a way that puts you at ease and confident about the proposed treatment. He gives you all the options, the pros and cons of each and then let's you decide the best treatment for you with his guidance .As a side note the treatment chosen was a success.I recommend Dr. Oben highly.

I saw Dr. Felix T. Oben in Fulton, NY recently, and had an excellent experience. I was referred by my primary care manager to Dr. Oben. Dr. Oben was very down to earth, friendly yet professional and knowledgeable - obviously an expert with a great deal of experience in his field. All of the nurses and staff were genuinely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Oben has an office manner that puts you at ease, even though dealing with "uncomfortable" or "embarassing" problems, and takes the time to ensure that you have a full understanding of your health problem and the the best way to fix it.

He was very kind and showed genuine concern for my well being. His office discounted my rate for seeing him by over 50% since, I didn't have insurance.
