They are a very caring, professional & accommodating staff. Dr. D'Orazi spends adequate time & answers all questions & addressess all concerns. He goes out of his way to keep you informed. Great office & bedside manner

Very disappointed with how Dr. D’Orazi was inattentive to my health situation today. I cancelled an appointment yesterday for today. I left a message that I wanted to speak to him on the phone because I am immunosuppressed and on chemotherapy. There is a pandemic going on and being that his office is in a “red zone” I am concerned about possibly being exposed to Covid. I know that Covid patients usually go to pulmonologists. I have seen him on several occasions and took the required cat scans of the lungs. I was also able to get a copy of the report for myself. When I saw that there was a diagnosis of a pulmonary problem I became concerned. That was the only question I had for him. Whether or not he wanted me to take a new medication for the problem indicated on the diagnosis. His receptionist asked him if he could possibly answer my question on the phone due to my concern. She called me back and said “the doctor said we don’t do things that way”. Excuse me, but it’s not normal to have a pandemic and sometimes you have to be a little flexible. Besides, I’m a senior citizen and have been informed on tv that seniors with preexisting conditions should try and stay home during this time. I didn’t think I was asking for the world. Sometimes a little respect and caring goes a long way. I guess the doctor was more concerned about an extra office visit than my health problems. Looks like maybe I misjudged his character after all. Guess I have to look for another pulmonologist.
