I was the 1st patient to receive an artificial disc right above a disc fusion. I wish I'd have been able to have both discs replaced with artificial discs, but couldn't get insurance approval. Dr Vigna & staff are excellent. Dr made sure I understood the procedure, risks, benefits, etc before making the decision for surgery. He's kind, sympathetic, understanding, compassionate, great bedside manner. I'm so glad I met him, truly a God-send. He does NOT prescribe meds. His associate does give injections in office. He gives patients referrals to other doctors for pain management.

Dr Vigna was very kind and considerate, well versed in surgery he was to perform. My pain level went from a 10 to 4 in 4 days. I am totally thrilled!

I had spine surgery Nov15, 2021 and my experience was very Professional and he answered all my questions. I was well informed and everyone that I spoke with in his office was very pleasant and the follow up was great. This was something I have not seen in a long time.

I live in buffalo but I decide to travel to Niagara falls location I'm sure all locations are wonderful but this place make me feel like family they are very friendly upfront and consult was very clear and explain in details. I had my neck surgery I did not drive for 6 weeks and my recovery was very satisfying. I did the bone stimulator and it is great healing process. I highly recommend the spine center I have all trust in what they do.

My experience with Dr Vigna and his staff have shattered all the horror stories I have heard about neck surgery, the man is an absolute genius in his field and his work is AMAZING! His staff listens to you and they actually care about you, i would recommened this man to anyone that needs any type of spinal care!

Dr. Vigna and his staff recently treated me for back pain. I was directed to his office by emergency room staff after experiencing pain so severe that I was unable to even lie down. At first it was recommended that I try physical therapy but it was quickly apparent that my condition was too advanced for that to work. I then had an injection which for a couple of weeks seemed to be working. During this time I another doctor advised me not to have surgery. After careful consideration my wife and I agreed that our active life style called for a more permanent repair and, in spite of recommendations to the contrary, we agreed that Dr Vigna would perform spine fusion surgery. I am now about two months into recovery and my progress has been excellent. I am walking two to three miles at least four days each week and can stand with no pain for the first time in years. Back surgery is scary but Dr Vigna and his staff helped by keeping us informed at all times and responding to all of our questions. He is an outstanding surgeon. I would also add that good follow up by home physical therapy also helped and active participation in following their advice made recovery better.

The staff is so pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I saw another spine ortho and came to revive spine for pain management and have chosen after 2 visits to have them manage both my pain as well as my spine. Matt the PA explained my imaging in depth and took the time to make sure i understood. I cannot remember the NPs name but she was very nice and kind. Wonderful practice with great staff. Thank you!

The ReVive Spine Center is the place you need to go to if you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable, competent , and thorough practice. From making your initial appointment to actual seeing the Doctor, is a very fluent process. John Bialik (PA) will spend as much time as needed to evaluate and diagnose you. John is compassionate and professional, willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand all your pain relieving options. Dr. Vigna performed two surgeries on me. Dr. Vigna is the kind of doctor that keeps all avenues of communication open, even after he performs his surgery.
