This business is so refreshing to deal with. The office is a pleasing and calm environment. The glasses are arranged by style and easy to pick up and try on, area is not crowded and softly lit with decor that is easy on the eyes. The waiting area was clean, easy access to restroom, and aisles between displays were wide . Staff is welcoming, friendly, and well informed about merchandise, costs, and procedures. It's worth a trip to discuss your needs, our cost was less than if we used what our insurance would cover and the glasses were of excellent quality and price.

Scheduling was easy, reminders were helpful and not intrusive, and the procedures during the exam were thoroughly explained. I was given many opportunities to ask questions, and I learned interesting eye facts.

Our visit to frost eye care for my 9 year old child's vision examination has exceeded my expectations! Dr. Jones was amazing with my child as she made her feel comfortable during the exam, explained every single process and the importance of each step of the examination. Wait time was short and the price was reasonable when compared with other popular place in Albany.

They showed how much they care and how important it was for us to have a successful visit. They worked with us. We visited the office with no appointment scheduled so my son could talk with them and have a tour. They asked me questions to help make the visit successful and truly truly care. Even after having a failed visit where they did not need to push forward and have us back in their office, they opened their doors and their hearts and welcomed us back. We had our successful visit and I have one happy 9 year old who trusts them and can’t wait to go back! They are seriously the best and I highly recommend their clinic!!

Great office visit with.Dr.Lisa Jones.She is very caring thorough with the exam.I was very impressed with all aspects of this office.Trevor was very helpful with helping me choose the best glasses and frames for me.I highly recommend this business!!!
