He is the sweetest doctor I have ever encountered, and shows the utmost professionalism. He truly cares about his patients. His bedside manner is amazing. I’m so happy I chose him to do both of my hip replacements. I trust him and feel so safe in his care.

He has operated on both myself and my wife. I have had successful hip surgery in 2008, right shoulder surgery in 2010 and left shoulder surgery in October 2022. My wife had shoulder surgery in 2009.. He has a great staff, excellent PT at Sutter. He sees me multiple times post surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Stein

Dr. Stein is the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any one. He's efficient, yet empathetic, practical and supportive. I am 150% happy with my experience with Santa Rosa Orthopedics in general, and Dr. Stein and his staff in particular. Everyone from the receptionists to the PAs to the schedulers to the insurance people and ultimately to the PT folks couldn't have been more professional, accommodating, and just all around nice.
