fast check in. Dr Ackerman explains things clearly so you understand your injury. He then explained my choices in treatment so I could choose what was best for me while still making sure I was on the right path to recovery.

The wait was not long, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the insurance coverage so the receptionist called the woman in billing and then told me go and talk to her. I decided not to bother doing that and a minute later the woman came out looking for me to answer any questions I had. I was very pleasantly surprised! Dr. Ackerman is easy to talk to and easy to understand. He doesn’t rush you out and was very professional as was the woman who took my X-rays. All told this experience was extremely pleasant and invoked confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Ackerman and his office.

I would recommend Doctor Ackerman. I had knee surgery for a torn meniscus in the past and it went great. Now I’m about to have my other knee done as well. I am confident in knowing I am in good hands. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain your diagnosis and solutions. I like the ability to discuss test results or questions remotely with virtual appointments and the use of the portal in case I want to contact him directly.
