Dr. Munene completed a whipple surgery on my father who was later diagnosed with stage 3 ampullary carcinoma. It has been a challenging time for my father, and Dr. Munene has remained so compassionate and willing to listen to all of our concerns. Dr. Munene truly goes above and beyond for his patients and we would not be in as good of a place physically and mentally if it were not for him. Your care and excellent surgical work will never be forgotten.

He is the best that I could ever have asked for! I was happy and confident to have him make the medical decisions concerning my liver.

His knowledge of my situation and explaining to me what was going on and what needed to happen. He explained thoroughly how my surgery was going to be performed. During hospital stayed, he checked in and kept a close eye on my recovery. After discharged I had a few complications but he listen and ran test to get to the bottom of my problems and prescribed medicine right away. I developed a bad infection several months later ended up in ER, contact the clinic to let them know and he phoned me personally to find out what was going on. He immediately had his interns come down to ER waiting room to personally see what was going on. I highly recommend this Doctor and his staff. They are very friendly and no questions will go unanswered. They are very attentive to your medical conditions.

Dr. Munene spent a lot of time talking with my wife, my 14 year old son, and myself about my son's cancer. He was thorough and made sure that we understood what was going on. He has a great staff that helped us work through issues and solve problems. He has a tremendous manner and is as polite and cordial as any doctor I have worked with.
