Wonderful place to come and get a rapid covid test.  Patients have to line up outside because they take only one patient at a time inside the lobby area because of safety precautions. In the past Covid tests would be done outside but it appears that recently Covid tests are now being done in the exam rooms. So I lined up to take my place in line. We had a staff come check to see the nature of our appointment and then we were called inside. Once inside on 101721 I snapped a photo for my Yelp review of the lobby no patients were photographed and the front desk lady started yelling at me for taking a photo. She told me that the Urgent Care was a private business and that they didnt allow photos. She said she didnt like that I was outside taking photos either. I told her if  photos arent allowed there should really be a sign. I didnt get much argument there. The test was for my 10 year old kid because his school was requiring it after their week long Fall break.  The gentleman nurse who came to do the test asked me very kindly if the photos were for a Yelp review.  I lit up and said that it was and he seemed very supportive saying that patients should know what a business is like if theyre going to come get services. We waited outside for our results and the staff person that yelled at me came out to my car with the results. Despite the salty experience this place is a great spot for in amp out Covid testing.

I came here today to get a Covid test. I dealt with four or five different staff members and each one of them was outstanding The front desk the two doctors that I dealt with whose names I dont recall and my nurse Christine who was so friendly patient and considerate. The experience I had here today is exactly what I hope for when going for a medical visit. Keep up the great work all of you you guys are all awesome I usually dont like to be negative but today I was glad I was Thank God

Quick service. Polite staff. when i got my positive covid test I asked to have a convo with the medical staff and she was great.

Very impressed with the staff at this Go Health location.  I was seen within a few minutes staff was helpful and kind. One even offered to push me in a wheelchair to go move my car because I couldnt walk easily Truly went above and beyond  The APN Coral Roper was fantastic as she quickly diagnosed me and gave me the appropriate referral.  I trust her medical opinion as she demonstrated keen knowledge regarding my injury.  She spent time helping me learn how to walk with crutches and compress my injury as well.  She also took the time to make sure I had the resources to move forward in my road to recovery.  I would return although hopefully not have to to this location with urgent care needs based on this positive experience.

The nurses and doctors were very helpful. They were organized and thorough and we got our Covid test results quickly. After we had an issue with the school not accepting the negative test due to the diagnostic code the doctor explained the reason and sent a note to the school assuring them that our daughter had never been in contact with someone with Covid. The were wonderfully helpful with the frustration the situation had presented.
