I'm not familiar with the dermatology side of things, but as far as laser goes, Cybele is the absolute best! She was very attentive and kind during our consultation and sessions. I also have no idea what laser they're using, but any pain and discomfort were so extremely minor compared to my previous experiences in different areas from different providers. The laser hair removal here is definitely pricier compared to other places, but if you can afford it, the service more than certainly makes up for it!

Annie Workman Coots is wonderful. She has the kind of personality that instantly puts you at ease. She's down to earth, kind, compassionate and easy to talk with, as well as being knowledgeable and very good at what she does.

Dr Cybele Pelcher is professional, patient, and knowledgeable with positive energy. She shared lots of useful information for me to better take care of my skin, and give me detailed cost and benefit of each method. I am delighted and grateful to avoid unnecessary laser treatments and able to choose the best way for my current situation.

I love my Annie Workman Coots! Love her, so great and fun to work with. Getting in a face fight with a laser isn't exactly 'fun' but she always makes it feel like it. What I didn't love is Miss Attitude at the front desk. Apparently, her phone is FAR more important than checking in clients. She resides closest to the door into the treatment area and if you have the misfortune to be checked in by this one, I suggest you wait for another attendant. I spoke to the manager and some other nurses while I was getting numbed for my procedure and apparently there has been numerous complaints. Yet there she is. What a sad state of affairs that your first impression is with a woman who considers herself 'un-fireable'. If she hates her job so much, and believe me it just oozes off of her, why stay? karen webb

I've gone to this business since the early 1990's. Have always had excellent care. I recommend to anyone looking for a good dermatologist to go here, and ask for Dr. Amin, she's great!!! The other doctors are also good, but for me she's great!

Every time I come here, I have the best experience. I've been a patient for years. Don't understand the poor reviews. The front staff is so helpful and friendly. I see Dr. Maltz for fillers and other dermatology needs. He's friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to look younger go see Dr Maltz for fillers.

Dr. Yang is an amazing dermatologist. She will take care of you and always had many solutions for my many problems.

Dr. Amin is wonderful! Allura Skin & Laser Center was recommended by my PCP when I asked for a dermatology recommendation to treat my hormonal acne. My first time ever going to a dermatologist and Dr. Amin has been making my experience great! She is friendly, open, kind, as well as professional. It is very easy to share your thoughts and concerns with her. She takes the time to explain the plan of care and for you to ask questions. Honestly, she has made my time being on accutane pretty smooth for the process it takes to be on that particular medication. I'm close to being done with treatment and can't believe how fast it went! And to conclude, I am very happy with the results from before being treated by her and where I am now. She is doing an amazing job in treating me and clearing my skin, and I am truly so thankful! Thank you to all the staff at Allura! Dr. Amin is my doctor, but I know it's a whole team from those who help me at the front desk (and make it easy to reschedule my appts same day if they can!), to those who assist in getting me prepped before MD comes in, and to those who help schedule my next appts. I appreciate you all for being a great team of friendly people that I've been seeing once in a month for the past several months!

I was talked into getting the Clear and Brilliant laser treatment from my friends and was very skeptical - I wasn't confident it would be effective or worth the price. Wow was I mistaken! Most big of dark spots are gone, my small acne scars have disappeared and my skin looks 10 years younger. I never had the confidence to leave my house without foundation until now. I attribute this all to Annie Workman Coots who administered my laser skin treatments. She was awesome. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different options and recommended a treatment that was right for my skin. I appreciated her approach - very consultative and honest. he never tried to sell me. She was also a great human being - down to earth and fun to talk to. I have referred her to all of my friends.
