Great Doctor. I came in for my first appointment, barely any waiting and the nurses were really nice. Front desk answers phone quickly and politely. Dr. Gong herself was efficient, answered my questions, got my prescription and has a great sense of humor. She made me feel very comfortable.

Been a patient of Dr Gong for the past 6 years, she is very friendly and thorough. She will sit down and go over all of my lab reports with me and take time to explain and answer my questions, even though I can tell she has a very full schedule. I never feel rushed with her and she is very accommodating. I highly recommend her for OBGYN and wish she was also my PCP!

If you are a survivor of sexual abuse, DO NOT GO HERE! This is a factory, they have no bedside manner or personal care. The facility is like an animal farm and push you through to bill as many insurance companies as possible with no care for you as a woman or as a person. I cried throughout my entire exam and nobody asked why. I was left on the table covered in lubricant, nobody offered a tissue or anything to clean up, and nobody inquired as to why I was crying during the exam. This is the worst experience with a gynecologist I have ever had. I chose female doctors so I will feel safe, and instead I felt abused.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is an insurance factory. If you are a survivor of sexual abuse this place is more abuse. The staff were rude and treated me like an animal. I cried the entire time and nobody asked why. They left me on the exam table covered in lubricant, didn't offer me a tissue or anything to clean myself up with and the staff laughed at me several times, and told me to be quiet several times while I asked questions. It was traumatizing and I cried the entire way home. It was the worst experience with a gynecologist I have ever had. I thought I would feel safe with a female doctor, instead I felt violated and ashamed.
