I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door. I have a huge amount of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, ask my family, it's BAD, lol. However, Dr Causin and the staff I interacted with put all my concerns at rest. Dr Causin was BEYOND my wildest expectations with her personal demeanor. I have NEVER felt so comfortable with a dentist in my life. I even scheduled my next appointment before I left, that's HUGE for me, lol.

I had very good experience with Grand Dentistry. Had 4 crowns placed with minimal pain and all are perfect

As a new patient I felt comfortable and welcomed. The office has technology that is top of the line and I have not seen at other dentist offices. I feel that I was taken care of and listened to. The staff is very friendly and caring.

The most professional staff who are so kind and understanding. They really make you feel seen and cared for. I will never visit another dentist office!

I have been going to Grand Dental since I was a little girl at the Mandeville location. The staff are amazing there and are the best at what they do!

The Hygienist was amazing . She did a fantastic job . I tried no breathing my dragon breath all in her face so I was breathing out of my nose . All this stupid pollen in the south had me hocking juicy loogies in the chair: then she sneezed 4 times and we laughed. Great facility and care . Highly recommend ;-)

The best EVER!!!! The staff and Dr. Roy are one of a kind!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Roy's since my childhood and have followed him to Grand!! The kindness, treatment, and amazing results are WORTH the hour drive!!!
