Excellent doctor!!

Great doc, with tons of experience with innovative new procedures, and the only Urologist offering HOLEP for huge prostates in Northern New England. I was self-catheterizing for 10 years. Now I don't catheterize at all. No one else would touch my prostate because it was so large. This doc has given me my life back. I feel 20 years younger. I cannot praise him enough.

Dr. Batstone is the best!

He is the best Dr, I have been seeing him for two years and he is very caring, does not fool around and gives the best care you can possibly have. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because he deserves a lot more than 5. If you need a urologist have no fear with Doc Batstone

I developed a sudden issue and Dr. Batstone's office saw me very quickly. I was amazed at the combination of professionalism and care provided to me on my initial visit and subsequent procedures.

Dr. Batstone's staff, from front office to PA's are pleasant, personable and highly professional. This is a practice where each patient is made to feel safe and valued. My spouse and I both are patients; Dr. Batstone and crew are top-notch and highly effective at what they do. My spouse was tremendously afflicted with a razorblade-clad large kidney stone; Dr. Batstone squared her away within 10 minutes (virtually unheard of.) Regardless of your gender, this Doctor (and more importantly "healer") is the one you need.

This is a good doctor who is working in the worst run office I have ever seen! These folks won't answer the phone or return calls...ever!
