He has put so much thought not only into his practice of surgery, but also every aspect of the business down to the smallest detail. The Sanctuary Surgery Center, the office and every person connected to the process are well trained and absolutely love what they do. I drove from Miami Beach to Boca for this elite experience because the difference in care was so astounding. I highly recommend Dr. Handal. He is a master of his craft with an endearing personality! You have to see it for yourself!!

My experience at Handal Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of exceptional. I initially came in for a breast consultation with Dr. Handal and also received aesthetic treatments from Dr. Amanda, their nurse practitioner. These two are not only incredibly kind and compassionate, but they’re also highly knowledgeable—listening attentively to my concerns and offering personalized skincare and treatment recommendations that were spot on. These two girls make you feel like you’re part of the Handal Plastic Surgery family. Dr. Handal himself took a full hour to walk me through every detail of the procedure. As a 35-year-old mom who breastfed both my babies for a year, I had lost volume and elasticity in my breasts and was concerned about ending up with a result that looked unnatural. Dr. Handal recommended a breast lift with implants and a mesh placed. I then saw Maura, the surgical coordinator, spent a generous 30 minute with me after the consultation. Patiently addressing every question I had about my first-ever surgery. Her genuine honesty and warmth immediately put me at ease. She did everything she could to work with hectic schedule. She would answer any email or call I had from the time I booked the surgery date to the day of surgery. Let me just say, 3 weeks post-op, I am in love with the results. the perfect implant size for my body, achieving a natural and beautifully proportioned look. The lift not only enhanced symmetry but also improved the sagging tissue and gave them a perky, youthful apprarance. I truly feel like myself again. Dr. Handal is a true artist—he’s hands down the best in Florida. On the aesthetic side, Dr. Amanda is incredible. She took the time to carefully assess my facial structure and performed filler to my chin and cheeks along with full-face Botox. Her precision and knowledge are unmatched, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome—I’m completely obsessed with how refreshed and balanced my face looks. Every single person I encountered at this office is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of expertise and humanity. Dr Handal is passionate about his work and shows a sincere interest in his patients. His work is excellent. He is calm and reassuring. I had bad nausea after the general anasthesia but the day after he immediately gave me an IV which helped control the nausea and ensured I didn’t get dehydrated. I never had to take any painkillers even though they were prescribed. The healing took a few weeks and Dr Handal’s honest view on how things should turn out post op were spot on ! The staff were amazing. Friendly attentive and nurse Amanda very knowledgeable.
