Had my annual hearing evalution on 15 April, Tax day at Hear TN. Warmly greated by Cindy Spence, Patient Care Coordinator whom updated my records and carried on a very pleasant visit. Called back by Dr. Bridget Lee on time. She performed a very thorough evaluation, followed by a office visit where she detailed my test results at length. With hearing aids still under warranty, she opted to replace my receiver in the canal receivers with a new design that uses wax guards that are less trouble some to replace. She always spends the time to educate me on items of interest relative to my particuliar hearing. I drive 90 miles one way once a year for Hear TN and the team members are dedicated to delivering the best outcome to their patients. They are well worth the extra effort as far as I am concerned because they never disappoint!
