Love her, not the staff Love Dr. Holmes. I feel like she listens to me, is personable and thinks about what works for me. Problem is I can never get an appointment. Staff is unfriendly to right down rude. When I ask staff to pass on a message, I never hear back. The doc is not a problem, the staff is. That said, you can’t get to the doctor unless going through the staff. I want to see my doctor when I’m sick. They always say it’s a month out for an appointment and tell me to go to a walk-in clinic. It seems like over the years that I’ve gone to her there has been a large rotation of workers. I’m not sure who does the hiring but maybe they are the problem. I think the appointment desk covers multiple doctors.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Holmes. She has always been extremely attentive and proactive. I am extremely picky when choosing a physician. I have been going to her for 5 years and have zero complaints. If your looking for a physician who truly cares about you as a whole don’t hesitate to choose her.

I finally found a Dr. that truly cares about the well-being of their patients. Dr. Ann Homles is AMAZING I highly recommend her. She treats you with respect & takes her time to help you understand everything. I appreciate the time she takes with each patient rather than just filling rooms. The staff is very nice & friendly. They do an amazing job with scheduling appts. Because the lobby isn't full with a bunch of double booked patient's the wait time is never long. Plus you get the convenience of having a lab, pharmacy & urgent care alI in the same office. It's just a great experience all around

Love the Dr., have Concerns about the scheduling! I LOVE Dr. Holmes, but her scheduling staff could use some training in customer service and bedside manner. Long wait times on hold, no apology for delays, and returned calls are perfunctory at best (not giving any updates or info...just saying 'give us a call')

Poor staff I waited 2 years for an appointment and they just put me on hold and hung up

Staff screwed up and said I'd be seeing her in person, scheduled an in-person appointment. Weeks later they tell me she's only doing televisits. Staff also screwed up the appointment date and time and tried to blame it on me and charge me for the "missed visit" (I had the original appointment card they mailed me with the correct date and time as proof they messed up, not me, they dropped it when I sent them a copy of it). She started our first ever meeting with "So what do you want?" in a rude, curt voice. Never going back.
