Dr. Bensbaa is very thorough yet personable. I had been a long-time patient of Dr. Ross at Family Eyecare in Campbell and was sent to this location by Dr. Ross' staff. I was initially unhappy about this change; however, now I feel I am in good hands at i-care, and will happily go back to this location assuming Dr. Bensbaa sticks around. I felt in very good hands with Dr. Lum detailed explanation. Just one little thing that I would have liked to have known since I called ahead to inquire about the visit. It was that the eye dilation check could not be done this time. Perfectly understandable under COVID protocol.
