I must say I am very pleased with the people as well as the environment of this place. The lovely young ladies are extremely polite, gentle with a big heart. Well I thank you, to the woman who has a baby Pamala, who accepted my complementary 100. she had accepted to take good care of my older sibling when I asked her and gifted her with 100. I'm in my 60s, born in 1950, had taken care of my sibling before but I am getting just as old as they are. I like to know they are in good hands with Ideal Home Care Services.

We could not be happier than we are. Ideal Health Care has given us a Day to Night comparison with our previous Health Care experience. The staff at Ideal is both professional and compassionate, and Brianna, our Ideal Home Health Care Aide is just the best my wife could have - gentle, ever-ready, professionally capable and so very pleasant. Thank you Ideal.6 months later:Once again, we could not be happier than we are. Because of circumstance, 4 months go we received a new Home Health Aide, Sori, and Ideal Health Care has come through again. Sori, is such a joy to have here and to be around. And she truly is an angel of mercy and care for my wife who is still recovering from a hip fracture. Sori anticipates my wife's needs with gentleness and completeness. She is, beyond dependable, an ever-ready, professionally capable and so very compassionate Home Health Aide. Once again, thank you, Ideal Health Care, I am so glad we are in your care.

I am so pleased with Ideal Home care! Everyone at Ideal is friendly, helpful, and try to do everything to help you. I have two fantastic girls that take care of my 103 year old Godmother Maria and Deanna! They treat her like it is their own mother. I would highly recommend this agency!!!

Cindy, the Coordinator, and all of the wonderful team have been unbelievable in helping my in-law's during complicated times. The aides that assist each day have giant hearts and are full of kindness. We couldn't be more fortunate these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!

I helped my mother to enroll in the Ideal Health Home service. I will say that the enrollment specialists: Leo Urbadz and Angie Colman are the phenomenally best! We are so impressed by their very professional, prompt and tireless care and help. It’s very touching for what they both have done to help aged and patients. Thanks for your kindness and caring. Best agency to work for

So unreliable. More than half the time the aides don't show up or they tell us they don't have the staff. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.To make matters worse, half of them don't even make his bed or do his laundry which our understanding they would. They should come knowing what their responsibilities are.Can't wait to switch. There has to be a better agency out there.

They offer P.C.A. (personal care aide ) program, when asked the difference between companion and p.c.a they told me you get paid more. So I paid $255 to go to this class for two weeks and when I got signed a case they told me instead of $12 an HR I get a p.c.a. pay rate of $12.50!!! Ontop of the lies .when I got my certificate they told me I didn't need to be fingerprinted. Spoke to another agency that is illegal. They also told me you don't need a g.e.d. to do C.n.a , phlebotomy etc. That is a lie. They hound you for the money for school. Even though I paid half of it in full , they keep asking when I'm going to make another payment before my time . Money hungry, they pay you like Mexicans . Never again! Note !* If you google agency's such as Utopia etc they offer Hha certification for FREE!!! THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE.

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you are considering using this agency, please contact me first and I will give you four years of horror stories, the last being: On Friday, Cindy from Ideal called me to state that she was sending a new aide to relieve the aide that had already been working 10 days straight 24/7. I stressed with Cindy the fact that the new aide be made aware of my father’s condition since he is bed ridden with a catheter and is on hospice, and also the fact that I was working around the clock and would not be around to meet or instruct this new aide. Cindy assured me that the aide was instructed on all aspects of my father’s care. She even went on to tell me that the aide had been in their employ for many years and was well trained.Then on Saturday when their new aide arrived, Margaret Clark at 8:30 am, she was annoyed because she found that my father was confined to a hospital bed and was not mobile. She claims she was informed by the office staff at Ideal that he. needed minimal assistance getting to the bathroom. She told all this and showed her disgust to the aide that was leaving his shift; he knew Ms Clark was not happy. Then 15 minutes later Ms Clark left too! She closed the door and walked out… Leaving my father unattended! She proceeded then to wait on my driveway and call an Uber. Amanda from Ideal Home Care did not call me until 10:06 AM to let me know that the aide on the case left my father alone. THAT IS ABANDONMENT!!! I was 5 1/2 hours away from my home and could not get there right away. Amanda from Ideal Home Care stated she was having problems finding a replacement aide; that in fact she called over 21 aides and couldn’t find a replacement. I told her, “that’s NOT my problem! Get the owner of your company, Nicole to my home to care for my father”. Amanda said Nicole was out in field signing up new customers. I went crazy when I heard that comment… “You’re worried about signing up new customers and you can’t even take care of your existing ones.”Ideal home Care did not send a replacement aide until 2:50 PM, which means my father was alone almost 6 hours, and that aide left at 10 PM.That meant my father was left alone again from 10 PM at night until the following day at 9 AM. My father is entitled to 24/7 care, seven days a week. By the time I reached my father’s bedside, his urine was purple. My father then passed away on Wednesday morning.So if you are thinking of using Ideal Home Care for your loved ones, think again! Not only are they not trained properly or follow laws regarding abandonment, they are filthy! The aides do not clean anything, not even light housekeeping or even clean after themselves. I had a brand new apartment made and it now has mold and mildew all over. I even found a Subway sandwich wrapper stuck in a chair. I have pictures of how disgusting they left it.
