Dr. Kupershtein paid close attention to my problem and was very explicit in giving me options for my leg and back pain. I was very impressed with the office staff and would highly recommend him to anyone who is having back problems.

Dr. Kupershtein is the first doctor I had been to that sat down with me with my MRI and explained everything, the good, the bad and the ugly. I have found him to be patient, compassionate and conservative, not rushing to push me into surgery. He has presented me with realistic expectations of my spinal issues.

Dr Kupershtein is among the very BEST - he'll tell you exactly what he thinks, whether you want to hear it or not. After treating me for months he told me candidly that he would try to correct my problem surgically if I insisted, he personally did not believe any possible relief would be worth the tremendous risks involved in working within deep fusion that had been in place for decades. We're treating medically instead, and I am forever grateful for both his level of care and his honesty.

Dr. K has seen my daughter for 7+ years. He has always been professional and knowledgeable and his recommendations regarding her care/treatment have been sound. She’s now a teen and appreciates his respectful, easy bedside manner.

I was admitted to the hospital with severe intractable low back pain a year ago. I requested Dr. Kupershtein as my spine surgeon as I had heard great feedback from former patients and the group of physical therapists, (Nicole at ProCare) I had worked with previously. He was caring, compassionate and able to get me out of pain, avoid surgery and set me up with pain management and a physical therapy regimen. I was back to normal by the middle of July and returned to my usual ADL's. I can only sing praises for both Dr. Kupershtein, and his staff, most notably Arijeta and Brook. Thank you.

Dr. Kupershtein was my husband’s surgeon when he had a micro discectomy due to a bulging disc that was not responding to other treatments. He was very thorough, and my husband made a full recovery post surgery with very little incident there after. I had been seeing multiple doctors for my back pain going on two years. I had multiple incorrect diagnoses, hundreds of hours of physical therapy for the wrong problems, while my back got worse. Dr. Kupershtein was able to take the time necessary to thoroughly examine the issue, and inside of two appointments was able to identify the problem and guide me towards proper treatment. I wish more doctors would devote the same time and diligence he does.
